Many folks are excited to see the fresh, new design of the next-generation Corvette, the C8. They are flocking to their local dealerships and pressing in at various shows where the car is presented, to get a closer experience with this ground-breaking supercar.
While many will have to be satisfied with simply seeing, or sitting in one of these beauties, the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation (CMAF) is offering enthusiasts the opportunity to win their very own C8. The CMAF has announced that one lucky winner WILL drive home in a 2020 Mid-Engine C8 Z51 Corvette on May 1, 2020.
The CMAF is joining with Wilkes-Barre based Chevrolet dealer Valley Chevrolet to offer this opportunity to enthusiasts. Lance Miller explains the special connection in working with Valley Chevrolet on this opportunity to fund a cure.
“The wife of Valley’s owner was recently diagnosed with amyloidosis and that makes this partnership extra special for me and the foundation,” said CMAF President Lance Miller. “Much like the team at Valley Chevrolet, my father was very passionate about all things Corvette. Unfortunately, amyloidosis took him from us in March of 2004.”
Entry for the sweepstakes runs August 24, 2019, through May 1, 2020, and while there are many price points for entry into the sweepstakes, packages begin at $25 for 3 tickets and go as high as $2,500 (which includes 375 tickets, plus 150 bonus tickets). There are numerous options in between the high- and low-end packages, with ticket numbers and bonus options ranging from $50 to $1,500. The scope of options makes this an affordable prize/sweepstakes, priced for all who may want to own an instant classic!
